I’m trying to study for my Management course and I need some help to understand this question.
Analyze the project mentioned below to determine which organizational structure/culture (Section 4-2a on page 110, book attached ) would be the ideal or preferred organizational structure for this project. Discuss why you selected this structure and justify that choice. Then, discuss which structure is the least preferred and explain/justify why this would not be a preferred organizational structure for your selected project. Provide specific examples, elements or components from the project to explain your justification. Each of the justification sections should be a minimum of 400 words.

“Las Vegas Convention Center people mover,” is a project, which is pioneer commercial tunneling job of the Boring Co. It is a people mover project that is 1.5 mile long underground tunnel. It will be able to move up to 4,400 people at once per hour using two channels.
Why is this a Project?
This is a project because it is temporary with a repetitive output. In addition, it has a fixed budget and needs to earn profits for it to run a business. In addition, it is a project because it has an aim, which is to ensure people are move easily through two channels.
1.The document should be single-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font. The template is already formatted this way so do not change formatting.
2.Must utilize the required textbook when completing the post.
3.Must list all references and cite your source(s) within the body of the initial post.
4.Every sentence with material from an outside source must be cited. Just putting a citation at the end of a paragraph or the entire post is not accurate.
5.Citations must contain the page number on which you located the information. For our textbook material from page 15 would appear as (Kloppenborg et al. 2019, p 15)
